Allowed Pets
Up to 2 reptiles , 2 others , 2 dogs , 2 cats , 2 small pets allowed.
Weight limits: 100 lbs per reptile , 200 lbs per other , 200 lbs per dog , 200 lbs per cat , 200 lbs per small pet
Pet Types
Animals are only allowed with prior authorization fro management. The community maintains a 2 animal per unit policy. Residents with pets must first sign a pet agreement with management. All animals abide by the following rules: (a) outdoor droppings of animals must be cleaned and removed immediately by the Resident., (b) animals must be leashed when in common areas of the community, (d) the Resident is responsible for any damage to the community or individual rental units caused by the Resident's animal. All animals must be over 2 years of age.
